A new leg tattoo on Ricky Martin’s body has been hailed as a symbol of his activism for LGBTQ+ rights.
He lives with his husband, Syrian artist Jwan Yosef, and his four children.
In addition to his children with Jwan, Lucia and Renn, Ricky also has twins Matteo and Valentino, who were born via gestational surrogacy, with his ex-wife Rebecca de Alba.
Ricky photographed his impressive tattoo on Instagram, a solid black tribal print spanning his entire knee and toes.
Ricky praised tattoo artist Roxx’s work, writing, “@roxx, your vibes, your talent, your friendship. You are a legend!!! Thank you!”
In another post, the tattoo artist praised the star’s work: “For a beautiful human, @ricky_martin, thank you for everything you do for the LGBTQ+ community, and with your foundation @rm_foundation… you are pure gold.”
The Ricky Martin Foundation is a non-profit that promotes the protection of children from traffickers and the provision of education to earth quake-affected children in 2020.
“What the… WOW!” one fan wrote about her new ink.
One person wrote: “That’s sickkkkkkkk,” which was echoed by many others in the comments section.
Another fan praised the singer and tattoo artist, stating: “The kind of fire that happens when two legends come together. I INCREDIBLE.”
On lockdown, the King of Latin Pop was showing off his impressive Puerto Rico house, but it was his steamy shower shot that really got fans talking.
In his lavish shower, which had a built-in seat, the singer was strangely wearing a backwards cap while showering.
Dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community, the singer is also an activist.
The caption for Ricky’s post is a reference to the popular children’s song: “Head, shoulders, knees and toes, knees and toes…”
Another parent laughed at Ricky’s lyrics, “Haha! Spoken like a true papa to young children! I sometimes can’t get the melodies out of my head while trying to sleep!”
One fan remarked on Ricky’s odd clothing choice, asking: “Hat in the shower?” Another wondered if perhaps the shower was more glamourous and a sauna than first thought.
A fan who noticed the cap joked: “Love that cap on your head, but still love your head, shoulders, knees, and toes.”
