Famous Instagram personality and reality TV star Kim Kardashian went through PTSD after her disreputable gunpoint robbery.
The superstar considers she had agoraphobia during the coronavirus lockdown.
Kim relates this condition to the terrible experience of gunpoint robbery. Back in 2016, during the Paris Fashion Week, she was tied in her hotel room when robbers stole jewelry worth 7.23 million euros.
While talking about the 20th and final season of her famous reality program Keeping up with the Kardashians, which had a newly released extra scene, Kim expressed that she is suffering from anxiety that had worsened in the quarantine.
Kim had her first outing with (now ex) husband Kanye West at Posh Celeb Restaurant Nobu in Malibu after the quarantine experience. She admitted that she was freaked out at that time because of the ongoing anxiety issues.
People were trying to come up to Kanye and like, talk to him and, like, come up to me and ask for photos. I was just like, absolutely not. I’d stop people and be like, ‘getaway, getaway; this is like my first time out.
She Expressed That
Kim wouldn’t even take pictures with the fans, and only if the fans had a selfie stick 6 feet long, she’d agree to take photos with them. She was discussing this is what anxiety looks like after a post-traumatic stress disorder. She expressed that she felt agoraphobia after the quarantine, and that’s why people approaching her made her quite uncomfortable.
The supermodel stated that she would stay in and detested going out. She had such terrible anxiety that she didn’t want anyone to see her.
When quarantine happened, Kim had just gone to Paris and started traveling, so it was challenging to absorb. And then, the whole lockdown experience worsened her anxiety, and she didn’t feel like going anywhere.
Understandably, Kim is still suffering from the after-effects of the infamous gunpoint Paris robbery. PTSD can do so much harm to one’s mind. And she believes that this whole experience has turned her into a different person.
