The front man of nu-metal band, Korn, Jonathan Davis has tested positive for COVID-19 so the band has delayed their upcoming six shows of the US tour. They also cancelled two further gigs, due in Pennsylvania on Saturday, only few hours before they were about to show up on the stage and perform.
The group members said that they received this rather unfortunate news on Saturday that Davis has contracted corona virus and obviously, they had to postpone their show at the eleventh hour.
The band also had to replan their upcoming shows, as they are quite a lot. They said that their main focus is to make sure of everyone’s safety, so they had to take this decision.
The band informed that Davis has high morale and he’s taking full care of himself and recovering.
These were a luckless circumstances and the band is also sad about postponing their shows, as they said that they were also excited for it but they are hopeful to be back soon on stage and perform. Korn had shows due from 14 to 22nd August in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut & New Hampshire, now they have rescheduled their shows in the end of September to early October and have called off two shows as they could not fit in their schedule.
