Good Morning America’s Ginger Zee is very excited to share her news with fans on Friday.
In the photo she posted, the much-loved meteorologist looked delighted.

Then, she thanked the “whole crew” for their hard work and fans reacted enthusiastically.
“Love your hair,” commented one, commenting on Ginger’s extremely shaggy locks, while another stated: “Such an inspiration! Thank you for being so honest and open in your first book. I pre-ordered this one and can’t wait!”
In addition to being GMA’s weather woman, Ginger is also an award-winning author.
As she opened up about her humble beginnings in a small town in Michigan to her successful career as a meteorologist, her autobiography, Natural Disaster, became a New York Times bestseller.
She explained truthfully: “I cover them, therefore I am one.” Ginger also openly discussed her lifelong struggle with depression and her whirlwind romances before acquiring her husband, Ben Aaron.
Ginger and Ben have two adorable sons, Adrian and Miles, and she enjoys motherhood.
“It’s the best thing [she] could have done in [her] life,” she says on Instagram.
Her youngest, Miles, made an unexpected appearance during a weather report while she was working from home because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ginger handled the situation like a pro and said: “Hi Miles,” before checking out the artwork he brought onto the green screen to show her, and quickly commented: “No school today.”
