Famous talk show host, Ellen DeGeneres, 63 celebrated her 13th Wedding anniversary with wife Portia De Rossi, 48 and their love story is winning our hearts.
Ellen posted a cute selfie with Portia, tributing her with a romantic post on their anniversary and said that she is the luckiest girl in the world as she shares her life with Portia.
Portia De Rossi, the Scandal actress also made the occasion special for her wife, sharing a number of photos from their relationship timeline on Instagram. Portia captioned the post saying that 13 years ago she married her sweetheart and everyday their relationship gets awesome.
Portia and Ellen started dating back in 2004 and tied the knot in 2008 when the homosexual marriages were allowed in California.
The couple opened up about their relationship in February, and shared their romance story with fans. They showed how they prioritise their marriage above everything despite of their hard working schedule.
Portia said that they have grown up together in this relationship and everyday their relationship has evolved more. They consider their partner and relationship above anything else. De Rossi also said that by this, your bond becomes strong and solid and that she can not imagine to spend her time with anyone other than Ellen. DeGeneres also added that they are same people as they both think the same things, speak about the same things and also finish their sandwiches together, on a lighter note! Ellen said that it’s like they are in a rhythm.
When Ellen was asked about what she loves the most about Portia, she said that Portia is a very beautiful woman, she is smart and intelligent, strong and confident and that’s what is important. Portia is funny and a great dancer, Ellen told about her beloved wife.
Portia gave the same answer about Ellen as she said that Ellen is the kindest person, generous and loving and the most special human being for her.
