Aspen Vaughn, The Esteemed 40-Year-Old Owner
Aspen Vaughn, the esteemed 40-year-old owner of the restaurant, has been caught up in a disturbing incident involving Jackson Mahomes, the brother of NFL star Patrick Mahomes. The alleged assault occurred on the evening of February 25 and has since made waves in the media.
The authorities have been investigating the incident, reviewing surveillance footage from the evening to ascertain the truth behind Vaughn’s allegations.
According to Vaughn, Mahomes had grabbed her neck and attempted to kiss her twice, leaving a small bruise on her neck. She claimed that Mahomes was intoxicated, and his advances were unexpected and unwelcome.
In response to Vaughn’s allegations, Brandan Davies, Mahomes’ lawyer, denied any wrongdoing on Jackson’s part. “Our inquiry has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser such as the statements of several witnesses,” he said. “We have gone out to regulation enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete photo of the matter.”
Vaughn Stood Firm In Her Claims
Conversely, Vaughn stood firm in her claims, citing a video as evidence of Mahomes’ behavior. She recounted how Jackson had forcibly kissed her, despite her attempts to push him away. “He kissed me out of nowhere,” she said.
It’s worth noting that Mahomes and Vaughn have a history, with the NFL star has been a friend of Vaughn’s stepdaughter. Vaughn even shared a photo of Mahomes and her stepdaughter on Facebook, praising Mahomes as a “good kid.” However, this incident has put a damper on their relationship.
Vaughn revealed that he had a shockingly nonchalant response when she spoke to Mahomes privately about the incident. “It’s disgusting,” she recalled telling him. “Like you’re a junior, and he was trying to say, ‘we should be a force pair,’ and I’m like ‘obviously you’re out of your senses right now.'”
The accident has highlighted the urgent need for stronger measures to prevent and address workplace harassment and assault. As a society, we must come together to support and protect the victims of such heinous acts and work towards creating a safer and more respectful workplace for all.
