Early life:
The childhood of Norris was as simple as a childhood of a boy who belongs to a middle-class family. On March 10, 1940, he was born in Ryan, Oklahoma. With a typical lifestyle, Norris was shy, nonathletic, and average in his childhood. Once, he described his childhood as a downbeat.

In 1958, Chuck Norris started his career by joining Air Force as a policeman at Osan Air Base, South Korea. The following year, in 1962, Norris was discharged from the Air force. Then he established United Fighting Arts Federation, which is the foundation to teach martial arts.
Besides this, he was also taking part in many tournaments. He lost three matches of the International Karate Championships. In 1967 he uplifted himself so well and won All-American Karate Championship.
