Brittney Griner is a WNBA basketball player who has been playing for the Phoenix Mercury since 2013. In college, she played for the Baylor Bears in Texas. Professionally, she was selected by the Phoenix Mercury as their first-round pick in 2013.
While with the team, she won a championship and was named to the All-Star game eight times. As of February 2022, Griner was arrested at Russian customs because marijuana oil was found in her luggage.
