His real name is Oladayo A. Okeniyi. Dayo is 32 years old in 2020. He was born in Jos on June 14, 1988, but grew up in Lagos State. He grew up in a family of five children, his father is a retired Nigerian customs officer in Nigeria, and his mother is a literature teacher in Kenya. Dayo’s parents gave birth to him in Lagos State, but his birth state happens to be Jos Plateau State.
When he was 14 years old, his parents moved to Indiana, USA. When his family moved to Indiana in 2003, he enrolled in Heritage in the third grade of high school.
In 2009, Dayo graduated from Anderson University in Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in visual communication. Later, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career when his family moved to California.

In 2013, he also participated in the TV show “Revolution”, where he played the role of Alec. He also played a supporting role in the 2013 film “Runners on the Run”.
Until 2014, he played Mace in “Endless Love”. In 2016, Dayo appeared in the NBC TV series “Shades of Blue”.
