Paula Stewart is an accomplished American actress who has made a name for herself on stage, in film, and on television.
She was born in 1929 as Dorothy Paula Zürndorfer; she studied at Shimer College and Northwestern University before joining the national touring company of Brigadoon.
She went on to perform in over 35 musicals and plays on Broadway and across the country, starring in productions such as “Little Me,” “Carousel,” “The Threepenny Opera,” and “The Happiest Fella.”
In the 1960s, Stewart appeared in films such as “Diary of a Bachelor” and TV shows like “Route 66,” “Perry Mason,” and “Love, American Style.”
She also posed for print ads and did lingerie modeling. Stewart was married to Burt Bacharach in 1953 and to comedian Jack Carter in 1961, with whom she had a son, Michael David Carter.
Burt Bacharach’s Second Wife, Angie Dickinson
Angeline Dickinson is an American actress known for her six-decade-long career in film and television. She made her debut on television and appeared in numerous anthology series in the 1950s before landing her breakthrough role in the Western film “Rio Bravo” (1959).
