Alvin Bragg Jr. is an American lawyer and politician serving as the New York County District Attorney. Bragg was born on October 21, 1973, making him 49 years old.
Before his current role, Bragg served as the chief deputy attorney general of New York and as an assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York. In 2003, he married Jamila Marie Ponton, with whom he has two children.
