The giddy couple attended the Suicide Squad’s premiere on Monday in Los Angeles and made their official public appearance together as a couple.
They both for their pictures arm in arm and holding hands and appeared to be in so much love.
Rita, 30, seemed stunning in her gorgeous white Mini dress with a huge bow covering her hips. Her beautiful blonde hair were tied back in a high ponytail, and she looked absolutely glamorous and her diamond earrings and studded stilettos. Her dress showed off her perfectly toned body.
The marvel director, Taika, looked pretty smart himself in an elegant grey suit with a white dress shirt underneath. He had his eyes fixed on Rita only and held her hand throughout the event.
The couple looked extremely loved-up as they post for the photos. There drained and laughed at each other’s jokes and couldn’t keep their smiles to themselves. They met their Suicide Squad co-stars Margot Robbie, Storm Reid, John Cena, and James Gunn, who were also the premiere guests.
When questioned about this extreme media attention to the couple, the director replied that he was not troubled and said, “I think in the world of the Internet, everything goes away pretty quick. Is it that big a deal? No, not really. I was doing nothing wrong. It’s fine.”
Rita and Taika have been dating since this year’s March. A source said, “there have been a couple since early March but kept things low key. However, all their friends know about the relationship they’re really into each other.”
The couple had made it to the news earlier this year when they were spotting sharing a threeway steamy kiss with actress Tessa Thompson on the balcony of Taika’s Australian home.
Previously, Rita came out of her two years relationship with filmmaker Romain Gavras in March.
Taika was married to Chelsea Winstanley earlier before this relationship. The couple ended their seven-year marriage in 2018 and have two daughters together, Matewa and Te.
