Scooter Braun filed for divorce from his wife Yael after seven years of marriage. Soon after he filed, the manager took some time off from social media and deactivated his Instagram and Twitter accounts.
Braun is stepping down from social media. Fans noticed on the weekend that Scooter had deactivated his Instagram and Twitter accounts. While he didn’t explain this, the move happened days after he filed for divorce from his wife, Yael.
According to sources, the executive filed for divorce in Los Angeles Court on 21st July. He requested for joint custody of their three children from court; Jagger, Levi, and Hart. He has also agreed to pay spousal support for Yael.
An insider close to Yael revealed that the couple had been going through a rough period for several months, so they decided to call it quits. The news of their divorce first broke on 11th July.
It was also told that they took some time apart to focus on their kids and give their relationship some space and time. They weren’t willing to end up their marriage but for now, some time away is helpful.
Later that the news of their divorce circulated, but sources revealed that things are very peaceful among the two exes, and their main priority is their children. They aren’t interested in dating anyone else now, and they are just focusing on the family.
Yael and Scooter first met back in 2010, when Scooter saw a video of her giving a TEDx talk. He talked to Architectural digest in 2018 and said that at that time, after watching her video, he just wanted to meet her. They got married four years later, in 2014.
Few weeks before filing for divorce, Braun posted an appreciation post for Yael, marking their sever year anniversary, and Yael also called the former couple a team 4lyfe.
Braun shared a photo from their wedding day and thanked Yael that she had given him everything and he has grown himself because Yael pushed him to become the best version of himself.
