Keith Nale, a well-known contestant on two seasons of the popular TV show “Survivor,” has passed away at 62 after battling cancer for a short period.
The news was confirmed by Nale’s son, Wes, who revealed that his father had been diagnosed with cancer in January and passed away on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Kevin, Keith’s brother, cancer took him very quickly, and he died at his home in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Keith Nale and his son Wes participated in the “Survivor: San Juan del Sur” show as father-son contestants in 2014. Keith later produced the franchise for “Survivor: Cambodia” in 2015.
Nale’s exceptional performances led him to the final four in “San Juan del Sur” and the final five in “Cambodia.”

Jeremy, the winner of “Survivor: Cambodia” during Nale’s season, also shared his consolations to the Nale family on Twitter.
He expressed sadness at losing his firefighter/survivor brother but assured the family that Keith’s legacy would continue.
