Bradley Beal’s sister is no one; he has four brothers. However, American professional basketball player Bradley Beal was born on June 28, 1993.
He started playing basketball at the University of Florida for the Florida Gators before getting selected third overall by the Washington Wizards in the 2012 NBA Draft.
As a result of his outstanding play, Beal was named to the 2013 NBA All-Rookie First Team and has subsequently been chosen for three NBA All-Star games.
Career
Bradley Beal developed his basketball skills in St. Louis, Missouri, at Chaminade College School. He represented the United States at the 2010 FIBA Under-17 World Championship, where he made a name for himself by averaging 18 points per game and leading his team to victory.
He was named to the All-Tournament Team and received the MVP honor for his remarkable performance.
Beal had great high school stats during his final year, averaging 32.5 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game.
He was named Mr. Show-Me Basketball 2011 for his accomplishments, which marked him as Missouri’s best high school basketball player. He also received the 2011 Gatorade National Player of the Year award.
Bradley Beal decided to continue his academic studies and basketball career at the University of Florida on an athletic scholarship on November 30, 2009.
He participated on the 2011–2012 Gators squad under coach Billy Donovan. Beal started and scored 14 points in his first game for Florida, and on November 28, 2011, due to his outstanding performance, he won the SEC Freshman of the Week award.
Later, he received five more SEC Freshman of the Week awards, was chosen for the SEC All-Freshman Team, and made the first team of the SEC.
Beal helped his team reach the NCAA tournament’s Elite Eight before losing to Louisville at the end of the season with an average of 14.8 points per game.
Beal decided to forgo his remaining three years of NCAA eligibility and join the NBA draft on April 13, 2012.
The Washington Wizards chose him with the third overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft on June 28, 2012. Beal was selected as the Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month in December 2012 and January 2013.
On January 4, 2013, he scored a career-high 24 points against the Brooklyn Nets, including a crucial three-pointer that forced double OT.
On January 17, 2013, he also achieved a career-high by making six three-pointers against the Sacramento Kings.
Beal’s outstanding performance earned him a spot in the 2013 All-Star Weekend Rising Stars competition.
The 2012–2013 season of Bradley Beal was not completed due to a right leg injury.
Despite missing a few games during the season, Beal’s outstanding play earned him a spot on the NBA All-Rookie First Team.
In addition, after participating in 56 games, he came in third in the vote for the NBA Rookie of the Year award.

Bradley Beal hails from a sporting family. He has four brothers, and his parents are Bobby and Besta Beal.
Family friend and rapper Nelly used to drive Beal to school. Beal has a 4.0 GPA from high school, a thirst for learning, and physical prowess. He majored in biology, intending to attend college as a pre-med student.
Beal is a devoted father to his three sons, who he shares with his wife, Kamiah Adams-Beal. The year 2020 saw Beal sell his 12,000 square-foot McLean, Virginia mansion to entrepreneur and & pizza co-founder Steve Salis for $3.5 million.
