A Grammy-winning composer accused of holding her wife and step-daughter Grammy Winner Shot In Nashville Due To Alleged Kidnapping His Spouse & Step-Daughter captive and having an abortion was killed and shot by Tennessee authorities in NASHVILLE.
That reported government spokesperson Don Aaron, Mark Capps, 54, was shot and killed by a Metro Nashville Cop on Thursday after a fight broke out in the guy’s house in the Hermitage neighborhood.
In accordance with warrants alleging two charges of both violence and crime and false imprisonment, Aaron stated that police had visited the house to detain Capps.
Experts contend that early on Thursday, he took his 23-year-old stepdaughter as well as 60-year-old wife at home.
Based on Aaron, the patients claimed that Capps woke them up at about 3 a.m., brought them into the sitting room, and wouldn’t allow them to leave.

According to the police file, he allegedly threatened to assassinate them on numerous occasions if she tried to phone anyone, even if they were allowed to leave once he went to the mattress.
When they visited the police in the afternoon, Aaron informed them that accusations had already been issued.
According to Aaron, Capps opened his door while carrying a gun when three SWAT officers arrived to seize him. Lieutenant Kendall Coon ordered him to expose his hands.
According to Aaron, Police Coon “considered Capps’ moves an obvious, impending hazard and fire.” Capps died at that moment.
