Her target audience is those who are interested in tech. There are usually many queries regarding her product and services. In actuality, – she aims to make people especially women aware of tech. In Iraq, women in the tech field are much fewer than men in this field.
Most of the women who finish their studies in technology-related fields end up doing office work. She wants to change the perception of people by being a role model to women in tech. Her success story lies in becoming the younger and the only female manager in my work field.

Some of the challenges she faced along the way were that a lot of Iraqi women face a lack of support from surrounding people and the boundaries that society puts against us. But all those challenges pushed her to perform better.
The most enchanting thing to mention here is that her family was the one who supported her all along the way. According to Shams, to be a successful entrepreneur you should be willing to improvise and listen to others.
You must have strong determination when it comes to decision-making. She is always open to new opportunities and adventures. So, she put a plan for the far future to never limit the chances.
