Tennessee’s Gainesville (WSMV) – The Lincoln County kid who had gone missing had been found and was safe, according to a statement from the Texas Bureau of Police (TBI).
Late on Friday morning, police TBI launched a missing Emergency Call for 1-year-old Roberto Godinez III, who was thought to be with his father of the child, 25-year-old Roberto Godinez II.
Officials believe suspects may be driving a 2015 Chrysler 200 in dark grey with a Mississippi license plate: D055UT.
Agents are still looking for Godinez II, and when they do, they intend to prosecute him with very felonious assault.

An AMBER Alert has been issued on behalf of the Fayetteville Police Dept for 1y/o-year-old Roberto Godinez III.
He may be w/Roberto Godinez II, and they may be traveling in a dark gray 2015 Chrysler 200 w/ TN tag D055UT w/front end damage.
The child is 1’05”, 36 lbs, with blonde hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt.
The Fayetteville Police Dept wants Godinez for especially aggravated kidnapping and other offenses.

After a few hours Tennessee Bureau of Investigation tweeted again and said,

Roberto Godinez III is safe!!!
