This past weekend, the Aware Foundation posted a cold court document on social sites for Rachel Nicole Nice, who vanished from Elkton on October 18, 2003.
Although they claim they lack substantial proof without her corpse, they believe she was killed.
At around 6 p.m. on October 18, 2003, Good was last observed with colleagues in the parking area behind the Elkton Fire Department, close to the Laundry Mat, off Interactions Trail in Elkton.
As it grew dark, her companions witnessed her entering the Dodge Neon and leaving. Since then, no one has ever seen or spoken to her.
Her vehicle was discovered at her Elkton’s Hundred blocks of Virginia Avenue residence.
Good Was Romantically Connected With Married Elkton Policeman
At the period of her abduction, Good was reportedly romantically connected with married Elkton policeman Adam W. Williams, who is also said to be the father of her innocent fetus.
Initially, he was in charge of the inquiry into her case. After she vanished, the Elkton police put Williams on a paid leave of absence and searched his residence about Good’s case. He left the police department in January 2004.
The operator of a red truck spotted near Good’s house at approximately noon on October 19, the day after she vanished, is another person with whom police are interested in speaking.
In her situation, the motorist is not referred to as a suspect because she has not been recognized.
What Happened In 2004?
In September 2004, prosecutors convened a special jury trial to examine Good’s case; however, no charges were brought. Authorities don’t think Good voluntarily departed Elkton.
Although there isn’t much information on her case, and the police don’t think they can bring anyone to justice until Good’s body is recovered, they assume she was murdered.
She left home with three children before she disappeared, and she was a Fort Dodge High School student. Her case is still open.
