The American celebrity, aged 29, clarified that during a period of her life when she was taking antidepressants, consuming alcohol, and eating poorly, she was at her lowest point but looked healthy.
She believes it is unnecessary to justify her actions but feels that sharing her story may lead to positive outcomes. She added that being healthy can have various definitions and looks different for everyone.
Additionally, she stated that one should not judge someone else’s situation as they may not know what the person is going through, and it is essential to treat others and oneself with compassion.
