A 18-year-old from Germany has displaced Kylie Jenner this year, Forbes reports. Jenner was last year’s youngest billionaire, but she didn’t make it this year. The second-youngest billionaire is 24-year-old Chinese national Wang Zelong. Her inheritance is $1.5 billion in pigment production business CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide Co.
