Recently, Kelly Clarkson has been in the news because of her ongoing divorce battle with her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock. On Wednesday, Kelly celebrated As the judge upheld her prenup agreement.

On Saturday, a TMZ report claimed that Kelly has decided to go full steam ahead in selling her Ranch in Montana, which has a worth of approx $45 million. But the problem is that her estranged ex-husband is currently living in it.

According to reports, The 39-year-old The Voice judge let out “a scream of joy” with her fellow voice artists, Ariana Grande and Blake Shelton. She received an email from her lawyers in which they shared this good news with her that her prenup had been kept intact, which meant that she would keep most of her income and assets.

Kelly’s ex, Blackstock, had contested the prenup to split their properties in 5050, In addition to the income that Kelly earned during their marriage.  But his requests were stopped by the judge who gave the decision in favor of Kelly.

According to the report, Kelly now has the right to sell her Montana ranch because she was the one who was the owner of it.

Kelly and Brandon split in 2020 after Spending seven years of marriage together. They share two children: a 7-year-old daughter, River Rose, and a five-year-old son Remington Alexander.

The primary custody of the children has been awarded to Kelly, and she would have to pay, and she will have to pay 70% of their school fees and expenses.

Last month, Clarkson was ordered that she will have to continue paying Brandon $150,000 as spousal support and an additional $45,000 in child support.
