Most Recent Indication
As per LAPD, Evan Michael Cockerham has been missing since December 6 in the 700 area of Silver Spur Road.
Cockerham called his parents one last time, first from Malaga Cove Library, based on a GoFundMe page created by his brother Tristen Nelson, to tell them that a man looking for a dog had carjacked and taken him.
The GoFundMe website states that Evan “flew when he was given a chance and rushed to the closest area (the library) to make the phone call.”
“Since that time, he has vanished without a trace. We think the man followed him as he went to the library. According to Nelson, a white 1990 Plymouth Grand Voyager with a wood grain stripe was the vehicle.
Having brown hair and blue eyes, Cockerham is a 6-foot-tall Caucasian man. Nelson raised concern knowing his brother remains in trouble because Cockerham doesn’t have a cell phone, wallet, or cash.
