Shante Broadus was born in California on the 30th of October, 1971. Her original name was Shante Monica Taylor, and she came from an Afro-American family with a nationality of US. As per reports she has two siblings, Sharelle Fuller and Jermaine Fuller.
From a religious perspective, Shante B. comes from a Christian household. She has described her childhood as a hard one.

Well, in Shante Taylor’s case, it happened. She met Snoop Dogg in the high school and fall in love. Their love can be described as “love at first sight”. Now interestingly, the two dated way before Snoop Dogg was a rapper.
Snoop revealed that Shante Taylor required her mother’s approval, and getting that was not easy. He had to meet her mom before dating Shante. He even said that when they officially started dating, he had to wait four months before he could kiss her.
The two tied their knots in 1997 in front of their close friends and family members at The Ritz Carlton Hotel, California. When they married, Snoop Dogg was already a father and also a star.
Their marriage wasn’t an ideal one. After the eight years of their marriage, they faced many challenges, which included Snoop Dogg’s extramarital affairs and his legitimate son. Snoop Dogg also filed for divorce in 2004 due to their “irreconcilable differences.”

I don’t want to get a divorce. So if you hear about a divorce, it’ll be my wife divorcing me. It won’t be me divorcing her…And I made a mistake, so I’m trying to get back right.
In 2008, Snoop once again exchanged vows with Shante Broadus in an effort to win her back. This was a surprise ceremony that not only won the hearts of the fans but also Shante Broadus.
Latest controversy
Snoop Dogg had apologized for infidelity but something never changes. In 2018, leaked videos and later confession from Celina Powell revealed that he had cheated on his wife, again!
But this doesn’t get worse, Celina Powell further disclosed that he had invited her at least 15 times and flew her during his tours.
Shante Broadus responded with an emotional meme that read

In the caption, she further wrote, “Where did we go wrong.”

The craziest thing to ever happen was in 2008 when a rumour spread about Shante Broadus’s Murder!
What makes it even crazier is that the alleged murderer was no other but her husband, Snoop Dogg. The rumour stated that Shante B. had been killed by her husband, and her body was in the basement of their house.
Now turns out it was just another troll trying to be popular, but the situation did get a little wild for a while.
