The record label’s CEO retaliated against the allegations. The country singer, Morgan Wallen, was too intoxicated to perform at his cancelled Sunday concert in Mississippi.
The public obtained notice that the singer had lost his voice. Rebates would be delivered moments before he was prepared to take the stage at the Vaught Hemingway Stadium.
In a TikTok video that went viral, a fan captured a security guard stating that Wallen was, in reality, so drunk. He said that he “couldn’t walk” and that his loss of voice was “bull cr**”.
The guard claimed that Wallen required transportation by ambulance from the venue. Nonetheless, the guard’s employer rejected his statement on Monday.
The security company stated on their Instagram Story, “An employee hired by BEST Crowd Management made untrue allegations about the Morgan Wallen concert from last night. We do not support the accuracy of the information in his statement.”
Seth England, the CEO and co-founder of Big Loud, shared the news on his Account and remarked, “Thank you, @bestcrowdmanagement, for correcting your employee, who fabricated an entirely false story. Every detail was untrue. It’s ridiculous what some people will say for attention.”
One lady published a full enumerated list on Facebook after the fallen concert. She requested a refund several times, including her hotel bill ($560), her outfit ($120), her husband’s outfit ($218), and more.
Another Lover Sued The Singer
Another lover sued the singer but was freely dismissed on Tuesday. However, the concertgoer’s lawyers intend to refile as a category action to seek payment for everyone involved.
On Monday, Wallen composed a statement about the revocation. He said he had lost his voice after the night’s show. He finished the day resting up, talking to his doctor, and operating through his vocal exercises to try and improve.
Despite his hopes of being able to perform, he was unable to do so due to his short voice. He expressed his regret for not being able to deliver the show. He promised to refund all tickets at the point of purchase.
In 2021, Wallen courted dispute when he was captured on camera yelling obscenities and racial slurs outside a Nashville, Tennessee, home.
At that moment, he apologized, but the label stopped him indefinitely. Radio groups and pouring services pulled his tune after he was arrested for general intoxication. He was disorderly conduct for getting kicked out of a downtown Nashville bar the year before.
