A star-studded lineup of musicians is set to help Willie Nelson celebrate his 90th birthday in Los Angeles over the weekend. Dave, Kris, George, Emmylou, Dwight, Gary Clark Jr., Jack, and Stephen Stills will join the Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90 concerts at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday and Sunday.
The impressive list of performers includes Beck, Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton, Snoop Dogg, Norah Jones, and many more.
The shows will feature Nelson and two of his sons, Micah (Particle Kid) and Lukas, among the additional performers.
The Hollywood Bowl concerts are just part of the busy 2023 schedule for the country music legend. Nelson launched his 73rd studio album, “I Don’t Know a Thing About Love: The Songs of Harlan Howard,” in March.
This year, he is also a first-time candidate for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. He will be on tour through October as the headliner of his Outlaw Music Festival.
