Nick Carter, born to Jane Elizabeth and Robert Carter in Jamestown, New York, is the oldest among all his siblings.
His parents owned a bar in Westfield called Yankee Rebel. From a young age, Nick displayed a talent for singing and dancing. His mother recognized this talent and paid for singing classes for him.
At 10, Nick began taking ballet, tap, and hip-hop lessons. He appeared in a few acting roles in the 80s and 90s, including a small part in Edward Scissorhands.

Bobbie also appeared in her brother Nick’s show House of Carters in 2006, along with her other siblings.
Throughout her life, Bobbie has had several run-ins with the law. In 2002, she was arrested for attacking two women.
She claimed she was trying to help her sister, who the two girls had assaulted.
Bobbie has also been arrested twice for driving under the influence of alcohol, once in 2003 and again in 2008.
Leslie Carter
Leslie Carter, a successful singer and songwriter, was born at the Garden Villa Home in Tampa, Florida. In 1999, she began recording her first album with Dreamworks Records.
The album was set to release in June of the following year but was postponed to test Carter’s fan base.
One of her songs, Like Wow!, was featured in Shrek and even reached number 99 on the Billboard Hot 100. Despite this, Dreamworks decided not to release the album.
In 2006, Leslie founded her band, The Other Half, with Mike Ashton, Jason Eldon, and Sean Smit. The band was not successful and eventually disbanded in 2009.
