Bob Dylan Charged For Sexually Assaulting

A lawsuit has recently revealed that famous singer Bob Dylan had apparently befriended a young 12 year old girl, manipulated her with alcohol and drugs and sexually abused her in 1960s.

The 80 year old popular songwriter and singer has been accused of grooming a youngster whose name is only provided in legal documents as JC, and the reports say that this happened in a six week tenure between April & May of 1965.

The lawsuit revealed that Dylan emotionally abused the girl using drinks, alcohol and also threatened her with physical abuse leaving the girl emotionally and psychologically traumatized till today. This happened at Dylan’s apartment in New York’s Hotel Chelsea.

However, Dylan’s spokesperson has denied these claims, filed against him at the Manhattan Supreme Court.

This lawsuit was filed on Friday, under the section of Look back window which allows the citizens to report any sexual abuse that happened to them irrespective of how long ago it occurred. According to the reports, Dylan carried out “predatory, sexual and unlawful actsagainst the victim and all of this happened intentionally by him, against the consent of the girl. The lawsuit states that the accuser has suffered severe mental trauma, insult and economic loss due to this incident.

The accuser, who is now 68, resides in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Bob Dylan has been charged with abuse, exaction of emotional trauma, and illegal imprisonment. The accuser, is looking for a jury trial now and unstated damages. Dylan’s representative denied these charges against him and stated that these claims are false and will be robustly defended.

Bob Dylan, whose real name is Robert Allen Zimmerman had been one of the most influential music figures ruling the industry for sixty years. He became an active supporter of protest again Vietnam war and was totally favoring the civil rights association movement. He has won Grammy, Oscar and Presidential Medals and also the honored Nobel Prize in literature.
